Sales Representative

As a Sales and Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and showcasing MOSS’s expertise to its clients.

With the support of an ecosystem of experts, an established strategic vision, and a proactive approach, you will play an active role in the group’s expansion and influence.

The MOSS ecosystem

MOSS specializes in strategic planning as well as the creation and implementation of tactical tools for both digital and traditional marketing for businesses. Its ecosystem, comprised of experts from various business fields, supports project growth with boldness, rigor, and relevance.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales;
  • At least 3 years of experience selling marketing tools or services;
  • Sales experience or experience working at a marketing agency (a plus);
  • Ability to understand the marketing and strategic challenges faced by companies;
  • Demonstrated leadership, autonomy, and strong team spirit;
  • A major asset: experience managing a sales team;
  • Bilingualism: French and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

The Sales and Business Development Representative is primarily responsible for acquiring new clients and growing the group’s revenue through the following responsibilities:

  • Work with management to develop a strategic sales plan and ensure its implementation;
  • Identify key markets, conduct sales prospecting, and close sales contracts;
  • Coordinate sales and marketing activities;
  • Promote and position MOSS’s expertise among potential clients to generate business opportunities and build lasting relationships;
  • Develop new markets and contribute to MOSS’s growth by selling strategic solutions and tools.

Conditions

Compensation, benefits, and details of the loyalty program (internal partnership) will be discussed during the interview.

  • Full-time position (35 hours/week)
  • Flexible schedule
  • Service area: the Quebec City region and other regions of Quebec.
